WOW! What an amazing year for NourishNC! We have greatly expanded upon our mission and our vision “to be anywhere and everywhere hungry children in New Hanover County need us.” This past year we have added 123 more children and 6 schools to our Backpack Program. We have also added several new programs and quadrupled the amount fresh fruits and veggies that we provide to our kids. In short, we served more children, more food, in more places, than ever before!
This report is for you–the volunteer, the donor, the advocate. It’s for all those who are bold enough to take action in the fight against hunger in our community. The tremendous impact detailed within is the result of your hard work and support. NourishNC wants you to know how we use your time, energy, and donations to provide nutritious food to hungry children right here in our community. Thank you for helping NourishNC build happy & healthy kids!
